The Pelee Club is a historic hunting and fishing lodge founded in 1883 on the Northwest tip of Pelee Island, Canada. It has a Queen Victoria charter. The original members include illustrious statesmen, and businessmen like Marshall Field, Robert Todd Lincoln and George Pullman who loved to fish Lake Erie. Later members included Barney Kroger, Joseph T. Carew, Joe Peebles, R. K. LeBlond and Thomas Paxton. U.S. Presidents Grover Cleveland and William H. Taft have both visited the Club and were honorary members.
