Commercial and Sport Fishing around Pelee Island has been successful since 1845. Over one hundred years ago the largest catches were of white fish, lake herring, sturgeon and black bass. Pickerel (walleye), perch and small-mouth bass are the catch of today. You can fish off the dock, fish with your boat, charter, or fish with fellow members.
Note: Resident and non-resident fishing licenses are sold on the island. Please review and respect the rules and regulations of fishing in Lake Erie.
