Pelee Island is filled with wild turkey, pheasants, and water fowl.
The Annual Pheasant Hunt
has been a Pelee Island tradition for over 60 years. In 1968, the
Pheasant Farm was established to raise pheasant chicks. Today, over
20,000 birds are raised for three consecutive fall hunts, cleanup hunts
